Terms and Conditions of Agreement

StoneBridge Shipping (US DOT: 4467521, MC: 01762723 , Bond: 101585925 ), a registered and bonded property broker with the U.S. Department of Transportation, enters this agreement with the customer (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”). This agreement authorizes StoneBridge Shipping to contract with licensed and insured Motor Carrier(s) to transport the vehicle(s) described in the shipping order. The carrier will pick up and deliver as close to the Customer’s door as legally and safely possible. However, in certain cases where access is restricted due to low – hanging tree s, wires, narrow streets, or residential restrictions, a mutually agreeable location for loading and unloading may be required.

StoneBridge Shipping shall provide the Customer with estimated pick – up and delivery dates. These dates are not guaranteed, as d elays may occur due to weather, traffic, road conditions, or mechanical issues. Under no circumstances shall StoneBridge Shipping or its contracted Carrier be held liable for damages or losses caused by such delays, including rental fees, lodging expenses, or lost wages. The Company and Carrier shall not be held liable for failure of mechanical or operational parts of the Customer’s vehicle during transport.

The Customer is responsible for preparing the vehicle for transport by removing or securing loose parts, fragile accessories, low -h anging items, and external racks. Vehicles must be in good running condition unless otherwise noted, and should contain no more than half a tank of fuel (with a quarter tank preferred). Any parts or accessories that detach from the vehicle during transport, and any damages caused thereby, are solely the Customer’s responsibility. Alarm systems must be disabled, or instructions must be provided; otherwise, the Carrier may disable alarms as necessary. Personal property placed inside the vehicle is done so at the Customer’s own risk. StoneBridge Shipping and the Carrier are not responsible for damage or loss of such items, and no personal property may include hazardous, flammable, illegal, or prohibited materials.

For international shipments, vehicles must be empty of all personal belongings except factory – installed equipment. The shipper must provide accurate customs documentation and vehicle details, including VIN and approximate value in U.S. Dollars. Oversized or in operable vehicles may be subject to additional fees, and failure to disclose such conditions before pick- up may result in added charges, payable upon delivery.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to support@stonebridgeshipping.com with the subject line “CANCELLATION OF MY ORDER.” Cancellations made prior to driver assignment are eligible for refund, but once a driver has been assigned, deposits become non – refundable. StoneBridge Shipping reserves the right to reject any order at it s discretion.

At the time of pick- up, the Customer and Carrier will jointly inspect the vehicle, noting any pre – existing exterior damage on the Bill of Lading. The Customer will sign and receive a copy of this report. Upon delivery, the same process wi ll occur to document the final condition of the vehicle. Damage claims must be noted on the Bill of Lading at delivery and submitted in writing within 24 hours. By signing the final Bill of Lading without notation, the Customer acknowledges satisfactory de livery and releases StoneBridge Shipping and the Carrier of any further responsibility. Carrier liability is covered under public liability and property damage insurance of at least three -q uarters of a million dollars, and proof of coverage is available up on request.

The Customer agrees to pay all transportation charges in full. Payments for remaining balances upon delivery must be made directly to the Carrier in the form of cash, cashier’s check, or money order. Personal checks and credit cards are not a ccepted for final payments. If payment cannot be made, the vehicle may be placed in storage at the Customer’s expense until payment is received in full.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming . Any legal proceedings arising from or related to this Agreement shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Laramie County, Wyoming. Both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any right to object to venue on the grounds of forum non conveniens or similar doctrines.

By providing their mobile number to StoneBridge Shipping, the Customer expressly consents to receive SMS text messages relating to their order, including shipment updates, appointment reminders, and limited promotional content. Message frequency may vary depending on the stage of service. Message and data rates may apply. If you consent to receive conversational, informational, and promotional SMS from StoneBridge Shipping, you agree to receive conversational, informational, and promotional SMS from us. The Customer may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message, and may request assistance by replying “HELP” or contacting support@stonebridgeshipping.com. No mobile opt-in information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Customers are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy available on our website at www.stonebridgeshipping.com/privacy-policy for details on how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Customer and StoneBridge Shipping and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements. It may only be amended in writing signed by an officer of StoneBridge Shipping.
